Sebastian Estrada Luna - age: 96
(January 26, 1925 to July 19, 2021 ) Resident of Woodlake, California Visitation Information: A visitation will be held Monday, July 26, 2021 from 2:00 - 6:00 pm at Evans Miller Guinn Exeter Chapel with a Rosary to follow at 6:00 pm. A Mass will be held Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at 9:00 am at the Sacred Heart Church in Exeter followed by a graveside at the Woodlake Public Cemetery. Obituary: On July 19th, 2021, at the age of 96, Sebastian Estrada Luna entered through the gates of Heaven with family at his side. Sebastian was born on January 26th, 1925, in Remolino Juchipila, Zacatecas to Guadalupe Luna and Brijida Estrada. Sebastian was the second oldest of six children of Guadalupe and Brijida. On May 1st, 1954, Sebastian married his wife, Antonia Luna. Sebastian met Antonia while he worked on the ranch of Antonia’s father. He was married to his beloved wife for 59 years. In 1963 they migrated to the United States to settle in Woodlake, CA. It is in Woodlake that he raised his family for over 50 years and worked as a farm laborer to provide for them. Sebastian will be greatly missed for his generosity, humility, and snacks that he loved to have on hand to spoil his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Sebastian will be most remembered as a dedicated husband, loving father, and doting grandfather and great-grandfather. He is preceded in death by his wife Antonia Luna, his brother Ampelio Luna, and his sisters Rojelia Burruel, Maria and Josefina Luna. Sebastian is survived by his sister Jesus Munoz; son Joe and wife Liduvina Luna their two sons, Joseph and Paul Luna and their three grandchildren.; daughter, Eva and husband Refugio Quevedo their three children; Angelica Melo, Refugio and Ramon Quevedo and their four grandchildren; daughter Graciela Luna; daughter Irma and husband Darrick West, their three daughters Elizabeth, Erica and Brianna Luna and their three grandchildren. 96 years together but never long enough. He will be greatly and forever missed. Visitation will be held on Monday July 26th, 2021 from 2-6 p.m. Rosary will follow at Evans Miller Guinn Exeter Chapel. Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday July 27th, 2021 at 9 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church in Exeter. Burial will be in the Woodlake District Cemetery.
