Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at Evans Miller Guinn Chapel from 2:00 to 6:00 PM followed by a Rosary at 6:00 pm. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, September 2, 2021 at 9:00 am at the Exeter District Cemetery.

Rafael Ponce-Vasquez was born on December 27, 1943 in Cerritos Mexico to Jose and Louisa Ponce. He passed away on August 26, 2021 in Delano California at the age of 77.
