Graveside Services will be held Tuesday, November 16th, 2021, at 2:00 PM, at the Exeter Cemetery, 719 E. Marinette, Exeter, CA. There will be a reception following Graveside service at the England Compound, 579 N. Spruce, Exeter (Special Thank to Levi Gill and Family).

Obituary:
Garland Richard Lee England or Rick, 66, of Exeter California passed away Friday, November 5th, 2021, peacefully at home. He was born in Visalia on October 6th, 1955, to Garland and Delores “Dode” England. He graduated from Exeter Union High School in 1973. Rick was a water polo player and swimmer where he achieved many accolades. Most vacations were spent camping and fishing with his four sons. Rick was always in charge of the barbeque at all family gatherings and was famous for his “Ricky’s Ribs”. After retirement, he spent many enjoyable hours at the Rankin Field Weapons Range. Rick married the love of his life on November 15th, 1982, in Exeter. Rick was a member of the Assembly of God Church in Farmersville. He was a devout Christian where he found comfort and peace in his final days. Rick is preceded in death by his parents Garland and Delores, his sister Bonnie Cobb, His brother Donnie England, and nephew Jacob Johnson.
Rick is survived by his wife of 39 years Gaylene England, his four sons Josh (April), Joe (Maranda), Jesse, and Johnny, his nine grandchildren Peter, Jordan, Haley, Quincey, Kobe, Raegan, Laney Jo, Tawnie, and Elizza, and great-grandson Bentley; His sisters Cheryl Lane and Donna (A.C.) Little, Brother-in-law Mike Cobb, numerous nieces and nephews, and his beloved dog Pickles.
