Visitation will be on Monday February 14, 2022 at the general assembly and church of the firstborn at 10:00 a.m. at 1076 west Gail avenue in Tulare, California follow by a service.

Obituary:
Philip Stanley Easlon died at home on February 4, 2022 after a long battle with heart disease. He was born July 5, 1952 in Visalia, California. The son of Thomas B. and Alberta (Overacker) Easlon. Phil worked for Tulare Joint High School District for 32 years and retired in 2013. He married Katherine (Maddon) Easlon on August 10th, 1987 and they celebrated their 34th anniversary in August 2021. Phil loved to cut firewood, fish, hunt and travel. He loved going to church. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Gloria Wittman, stepson, Jason, and step granddaughter, Emily. Surviving in addition to his wife, Katherine is his daughter, Brandi, stepdaughter Shannon and her husband Chris Fontes. Stepson Matthew and 5 step grandchildren, Brandon, Alex, Cole, Reese, and Siri. Two brothers, Virgil and Timmy, one half-brother, Tracy Harner and many nieces and nephews. A service will be held Monday February 14, 2022 at The General Assembly and church of the Firstborn at 11:00 A.M. at 1076 West Gail Avenue in Tulare, California. Visitation will be at the church one hour prior to the funeral at 10:00 A.M. Bishop Stoney Porter will Officiate. Private burial will be at Visalia Public Cemetery. Pallbearers are Chris Fontes, Alex Fontes, Matthew Porter, Michael Porter, Timmy Dukes and Tyler Dukes. Arrangements entrusted to Evans Miller Guinn Chapel at 425 North Kaweah Avenue Exeter, California and condolences may be sent to the family at www.evansmillerguinnchapel.com. Special thanks to Adventist Health Hospice for their unending patience, emotional support, and compassionate care to both Phil and Katherine. Their care for Phil’s wellbeing was a relief.
