Patricia Diane Tedford - age: 74
(July 11, 1948 to August 08, 2022 ) Resident of Visalia, California Visitation Information: Graveside Service will take place at Visalia Public Cemetery on Friday August 19, 2022 at 9 A.M. Obituary: Patricia Diane Tedford departed her loving family on August 8th, 2022. Patti was born in Fresno CA on July 11th, 1948 to Kenneth and Elinore Gooch. She met the love of her life, Darrell, on a blind date. Little did she know a year and a half later, on May 19th, 1973 he would become her husband of 49 years. Together they created a family she devoted her life to. Patti was mother to Kim Blake, Stacy Marquez, Jennifer McGee, Doug Tedford, and Michelle Wise. Patti is survived by her husband Darrell, daughters Kim Blake & husband Gregg, Stacy Marquez & fiancé Kevin Pope, Jennifer McGee & husband Rick. Her grandchildren Tyler Hester & wife Chai, Trevor Hester & wife Madi, Megan Brassart & husband Chance, Michael McGee, William and Shelby Wise. Great Grandkids Cash Hester, Bristol Hester, and Sawyer Brassart. Sister Judy Hedstrom & husband Mick, sister in law Dayle Gooch. Nephews Eddie Hedstrom & Michael Gooch. Nieces Michelle Mayabb, Cindy Gooch and cousin Carol Ann Terry as well as many great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Kenneth & Elinore Gooch and her brother Mike Gooch.

So many years I worked with Patty. She was kind of like a mother to us at the Police Dept. being as she told us where to go (dispatched us to calls), checked on us to see if we were ok, we had to tell her what we did during the day (write reports). We joked with her a lot and she would often get us back. Patty, I'm sorry for messing with your Orange C's vitamins. We will miss her a lot, and my heartfelt condolences go out to her family. We all did a lot with Patty back in those days, work, parties, we we were a family.
