Obituary:
Mary Ellen Rankin was born to Carrie Opal and John William Rankin in Exeter, California on December 10, 1949 and passed away on October 17, 2011. Mary graduated from Exeter Union High School and College of the Sequoias and attended California State University Fresno. She worked at the Tulare County Farm Bureau for 30 years.

Mary is survived by her brother Rick Rankin and his wife Gwen of Sacramento, sister Carol Sorbel and her husband Gary of Anaheim, and sister Shirley Rankin of Exeter. Brothers James William (Bill) and Jerry preceded her in death. She is also survived by her beloved nieces and nephews: Jerry, Lisa and Kylee Sorbel of Anaheim, Wendy (Rob) and Amelia Paul of Scottsdale, AZ, John (Julie), Sydney and Peyton Rankin of Santa Clara, Derrick (Roberta), Jude and Ella Rankin of Sacramento and Sandy Neel of Visalia.
