Obituary:
Valerie was born on July 9, 1960 in Visalia Californina to Roy and Patsy (Baxter) Rader. She attened local schools. She was a homemaker.
Valerie is survived by one son, Randon McGill and two daughters, Shannon Wiley (John) and Ashley McGill. Donations may be made in her name at any Bank of America, Account # 0882-70262 to help the family with expenses.
