My most heartfelt and deepest condolences go out to the Cottingham family at this time. Mr. Cottingham was a very special man. He was my partner serving in the capacity as a Correctional Officer for a period and the more I got to know him the more he meant to me. It was a pleasure to know him and I cannot wait to meet him again in a less complicated atmosphere and where time and distance no longer exists. May God Bless him as he smiles wide at the gold he receives in Heaven and may his family be reconciled by the knowledge that he is now an angel. I would have him as my guardian angel at any time and believe me...I need one! I can feel him on my shoulder at this time and I cant wait to greet him again! From my family to yours- The Haack's
