There will be a Celebration of Life on Friday, August 3, 2018 at 11:00 am at Evans Miller Guinn Chapel. Burial will be in the Exeter District Cemetery.

Obituary:
Carl James Hardin was born on November 14, 1938 in Shawnee OK to Armor and Lela (Shelton) Hardin. He passed away on July 21, 2018 in Visalia, CA at the age of 79. He moved with his family to the Exeter area at the age of 5. Carl attended schools in Lemon Cove and graduated from Exeter Union High School in 1958. After serving in the U.S. Army, he married Maxine on January 23, 1965. He worked for RDS, Exeter for many years as well as being a farmer. He was also the Maintenance Supervisor for Memorial Hospital of Exeter for over 11 years. After retiring, they moved to Branson MO where he was the Maintenance Supervisor for the Best Western. Carl enjoyed working with wood and his hands including gardening. He love his flowers and traveled to many places with family.
Carl is survived by his wife Maxine of Exeter; son Michael Hardin of Visalia; daughter Michele Harding of Hollister; brother Del Harding of Visalia; sister Vi (William) Meinhold of Puerto Vallarta, MX and his grandsons Brenzon Martell, Colin Martell and MJ Hardin. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins, which he loved dearly.
