Evelyn Joyce Blair - age: 90
(August 01, 1929 to May 25, 2020 ) Resident of Visalia, California Visitation Information: A Graveside Service will be held Monday, June 1, 2020 at 2:00 PM, located at Exeter District Cemetery. Obituary: Evelyn Joyce Blair of Visalia, CA passed away on Monday, May 25, 2020 in Porterville, CA she was 90. She was born to Leonard and Inez Mosley in Texas, on August 1, 1929. She was the only girl, having 4 younger brothers that were all pranksters. At the age of 12, she watched her brother James while her parents worked in the fields. Until the time she passed away she told the story that she raised him and was very proud of that. She went to Exeter High School and later became a communication manager at Kaweah Delta Hospital for which she did for 28 years. She is survived by her daughter Joretta Doyle, her grandchild Jared Doyle, her brothers Marvin and James Mosley, many nieces and nephews as well as many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Leonard and Inez Mosley, her husband Scotty Millsap, her daughter Brenda Quillen, her son Randy Quillen, and her brothers Leonard and Stanley Mosley. A Graveside Service will be held Monday, June 1, 2020 at 2:00 PM located at Exeter District Cemetery. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.evansmillerguinnchapel.com.
