Jacob Mormon Fairchild - age: 88
(October 30, 1932 to May 02, 2021 ) Resident of Visalia, California Visitation Information: A Graveside service will be held Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at 10:00 at the Exeter District Cemetery. Obituary: Jacob Mormon Fairchild (88) passed away in his Visalia home surrounded by family on March 2 2021 after a long illness. He is survived by his sister Judy, sons Bob and Michael, and grandchildren Emily, Adrienne, and Summer. Jacob was a lifetime resident of Tulare County where he met the love of his life, Betty, who passed away in 2017. The two were married for 63 years. Jacob was a farm laborer, truck driver, fabricator, construction supervisor, and general Jack of all trades. However, his favorite occupation was “Grampa”. He was the hardest worker anyone could ever hope to meet and always tried his level best at whatever he did. He lived a very full life and left an impact on everyone he met. A Graveside service will be held Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at 10:00 am at the Exeter District Cemetery. He will be truly missed by the many people he touched throughout his life.
