Services will be held on Monday, November 8, 2021 at 12:00 Noon at the Legacy Church, 3890 South Lovers Lane in Visalia. Burial will be private in the Exeter District Cemetery.

Obituary:
Kathy Rosas left this life on October 19, 2021 with her family by her side. Kathy worked in many different capacities throughout the Exeter school district for many years. She also served as a servant of God throughout her whole life, and currently served as an associate pastor in the community of Exeter. She touched many people's lives, loved helping her community and enjoyed spending time with her family. Kathy leaves behind her husband Fred, daughter Cherice, son Jeremy and her 4 grandchildren Dominik, Alexa, Caleb and Brayden. Kathy also leaves her sister Irene Perea, and brothers Tom Perea and Steve Perea. She will be greatly missed.
