Obituary:
Linda Diane Wilcox suddenly passed away on the morning of May 8th, 2022, at the age of 60. Linda was born in Visalia on August 21, 1961, to proud parents Robert and Doris Morris. She attended school in both Tulare and Porterville where she graduated from Monache High School in 1980. Linda attended Estes Institute of Cosmetology and began her lifelong career as a beautician. She met the love of her life and soulmate in Nick Wilcox, who she married on May 22nd, 1982. Soon after four children would follow. Landon Paul, Nickolas Valentine, Lucas James, and Connor Eugene would become Linda’s world and purpose. Linda loved being a mother and approached the task with such joy and compassion. The boys’ friends who frequented the Wilcox home found themselves joining her “Tribe”. She was a second mom to so many and was so proud to watch her many children grow into adulthood. Sharing in all their accomplishments and milestones as any proud parent would. Linda knew no strangers and made friends everywhere she went. She began bartending at the Stag in Exeter to supplement income and quickly found her next calling. Whether it was in the beauty chair, or a barstool Linda would gladly lend an ear or advice to that patron. Linda was so full of life and love. A vivacious woman with a beautiful smile and infectious laugh. It was only fitting that a woman of her strength and love would be the most qualified grandmother. Again, taking on the task the same as motherhood but, like she would say “without the same pressure”. A happy home, open arms and lots of love was her foundation. Compassionate, determined, and strong was her approach. Linda is predeceased by her husband Paul Nickolas Wilcox; her Father Robert E Morris and her Brother Steve Morris. Linda is survived by her children Landon & Janie Wilcox, Nick & Courtney Wilcox, Lucas Wilcox and Connor Wilcox & Danielle Jensen; her Grandchildren Hailee Rae, Haidon, June Bug, Landon, Patrick, and Charlie Rose; her Mother and matriarch Doris Morris and her Brother Rob Morris
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday May 14th 2pm-6pm at the Exeter Eagles Lodge in Exeter Ca. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.evansmillerguinnchapel.com. Services have been entrusted to Evans Miller Guinn Chapel.

I’m so very sorry for your loss . My heart and prayers are with all of you at this time . I knew Linda when I had Slender Lady in Exeter we became really good friends and I absolutely loved her 🤍 I loved her laugh she was an absolute amazing lady she will be terribly missed 🙏😪
