Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at 2:00 PM at the Evans Miller Guinn Chapel Obituary: Kenneth Herron of Auberry CA was born on May 13,1938 in Tulare County CA to Lara and Maxine (Calvert) Herron. He passed away on December 29, 2022 in Fresno, CA at the age of 84. He attended local schools in the area. He married the former Joe Ann Breshears in Farmersville. They were married for 61 years. Kenneth held several jobs, first a police office, then a cabinet maker and followed up as a supervisor for Southern California Edison. He was also a Real Estate Investor. His hobbies included working in his shop, working on his country property, trap shooting, making herbal medicine in his green house, trying to find herbal cures for his wife’s medical problems an pain, made herbal antibiotics that help many in his family. Kenneth enjoyed Life!! Meeting people, exchanging ideas on internet on investments, politics, never met a stranger, always willing to help anyone that needed help. One of his favorite saying when ask how he was doing: “Fine as frogs hair split down the middle”. Anytime ken wanted to ask a question he said “question me this” something his family will always remember and miss. Ken loved to sing, beautiful voice lead Christmas carols and Christian Songs each year at our Christmas gathering. Kenneth is survived by Joe Ann Herron, his wife of 61 years, sister Linda Herron Roberts, brother and sister in laws, Sam and Gwen Dow, Maxine Tedford, Dwight and Sharon Burr, many nieces and nephews he loved as if his own children. Sam Dow loved Kenneth and called him his brother, they lived 10 minutes from each other on their country properties and spoke every day, did most things together, even buying new cars alike at the same time several times.
