Brent will be laid to rest in the Exeter District Cemetery, Exeter CA in the Maxon Family Section by virtue of his Maxon forefather’s gift of land to the cemetery district. Graveside Services will held on Monday, November 8, 2010 at 2:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, remembrances’ may be made to any local S.P.C.A. in his name.

Obituary:
Brent Maxon Summers, 71, passed away on November 2, 2010 at the Fresno Veteran’s Hospital. He was born in Fresno, CA on August 17, 1939 to Zella (Maxon) and Traves Summers, and aside from his Naval Military Service as a sonar specialist on the “USS Embattle” from 1957 to 1960, Brent lived his entire life in and around Fresno, CA and Clovis CA. He worked in the construction trades.
Brent’s brother, Tim and his farther Traves, predecease him. He is survived by his mother, Zella, his wife, Mollie Summers, two nieces and numerous loving cousins.
