Visitation will be held at the General Assembly and Church of the Firstborn, 1076 W. Gail Street in Tulare on Thursday, June 29, 2023 from 9:30 – 10:30. Services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be at Tulare Public Cemetery, 900 E. Kern, Tulare, CA.

Obituary:
Larry Allen Rossiter of Tulare, California passed away on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 in Visalia, California. He was 73 years old. He was born in Tulare, California on May 24, 1950 to Melvin Cecil Rossiter and Evelyn Ruth (Sweet) Rossiter. Larry attended Maple Elementary, Mulchay Middle School and graduated for Tulare Western High School in 1968. He continued his education at College of Sequoias in Visalia, California. He was owner/operator of Dairy Construction Inc. Larry enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, motorcycles, and off road vehicles. He especially enjoyed riding his horses. The last 5 years of his life he has devoted his time taking care of his parents. He dearly loved his family and spent as much time with them as he could. Larry will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. He was preceded by his first child Mark Rossiter as an infant. He is survived by three children, Kary Rossiter, Israel Rossiter and wife Jana, Aaron Rossiter, his parents Melvin and Evelyn Rossiter, sister Glenda Rossiter, brothers Arlis Rossiter and Doran Rossiter, eight grandchildren Sean Start, Marc Rossiter, Seth Rossiter, Bobby Rossiter, Ashley Rossiter, Erin Rossiter, Gavin Rossiter and Garyk Rossiter and two great grandchildren Reven Rossiter and Lachlan Rossiter and host of family and friends.

Larry was the best boss I ever worked for and a man I highly respected. My love and condolences to all of the Rossiter family whom I love dearly. We will see him again.

If it wasn't for Larry I wouldn't be as successful in my career today. He gave me a chance and I owe him a debt of gratitude for that. He also was the only boss to pay me to ride horses. :+) He was loved and will be forever missed. Love and prayers to the family. We'll see him again someday.
