Obituary:
Georgia Maxine Bullard, born on March 16, 1936, in Cumby, Texas, passed away peacefully on August 29, 2024, in Visalia, CA. She is lovingly remembered by her brother, William (Bill) Senseney (spouse Mary Sue) of Visalia, her three children, Carla Suzanne Evans (spouse Lewis Evans) of Dunlap, CA, Michael Lee Bullard (spouse Debra) of Wentzville, Missouri, and Virgil Carl Bullard, Jr. (spouse Patricia), of Fairbanks, Alaska. She is survived by nine grandchildren, Shane, Ryan, Christopher, and Michael Evans; Adam Bullard, Sarah Tighe (Bullard); Virgil Bullard, III, Michelle Wixon (Bullard), and Gerard Bullard, as well as ten great-grandchildren, with one more on the way, and many nieces and nephews.
Maxine was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 56 years, Virgil Carl Bullard of Farmersville, her sister, Marian “Sadie” Fletcher of American Fork, Utah, her father, Zadie Ray Cruce, stepfather, William B. Senseney, and mother, Bessie Ann Willis.
Maxine was a devoted wife and mother, who dedicated her life to her loved ones and cherished her role in maintaining an organized and loving household. She faced life's challenges, including surviving breast cancer, with courage and grace.
Maxine was an alum of Visalia Union High School and loved to dance. Later, Maxine enjoyed participating in bowling leagues, women’s softball, RV’ing with scores of camping and fishing trips with her late husband, and family. She loved attending church, hosting lively card and board games with family and friends for hours on end. Maxine loved and accepted Jesus Christ as her savior.
Maxine will be deeply missed but her memory will remain alive in the hearts of her family and her many, many friends made during her travels across the USA. We are comforted knowing she is peacefully waiting until the Lord wakes her to be reunited with loved ones forevermore.

Dearest Maxine, God has blessed us with your loving friendship for over fifty years, we became more than friends, family better describes us. We raised our children together, fished, camped, bowled, played cards, danced, dinners together, movies and we were hunting widows together, our men were hunting, planning a hunt, or cleaning up from last hunt all the time! You were there in Alaska,California,Georgia,Washington up and down the Alcan, how many times ? We can not say goodbye, it doesn't end here ! Watch for us. another star rests in Heavens clouds. Thank you GOD for blessing us with this true Friend ! So glad the girls got to spend a day with you, going to old haunts together, before you left Alaska ! Love lives on.......
