Viewing will be held on Monday, December 30, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. at Evans Miller Guinn Chapel followed by a 1:00 p.m. service at the Evans Miller Guinn Chapel. Military Honors and Burial will be the Exeter District Cemetery.

Obituary:
Josh was born on February 4, 1943 in E. Chicago, Indiana. He died on December 14, 2024 in San Luis Obispo, California. Josh passed away after a very short battle with cancer. He was a very God loving husband and had many friends. He read his Bible every day. He is survived by his loving Wife, Jeanne and their pets Parker and Toby. Brother and Sister-in-laws Noble and Jan Wilcox. Many Nieces and Nephews including Kelli (Tim), Dustin and Danelle Bartel all from Colorado. Many cousins including Debbie White and Bobbi Nicolai from Indiana. Josh graduated from Mt. Whitney High School in Visalia in 1961 and joined the Navy. He was a Vietnam Veteran serving four years on the Mt. Baker ammunition ship 3rd class I Seaman as communication and electrical officer. He had many hobbies, reading, fishing, playing trumpet. He is preceded in death by his Mother and Father, Leroy and Laferne Blumenthal, Sister Lynn Boyd. In Laws Bob and Myrl Harvey and Brother-in-law Steven. So loved so missed. In lieu of flowers donate to the VA or Cancer Society.
