Obituary:
It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our wonderful father, Crescencio Rendon, Sr. also known as “Chencho” at the age of 85, who went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on February 27, 2025.

Crescencio was preceded in death by his mother Raymunda Sanchez Paz, daughter Alicia P. Rendon, granddaughter Cynthia Loving and other beloved family members. Crescencio is survived and missed by his four (4) adult children Manuela Rendon (Joe Duran), Crescencio “Cres” Rendon, Jr., Yolanda (Ray) Welch, Tony (Evette) Rendon, as well as many beloved grandchildren.

Born on April 19, 1939, to Antonio Rendon and Raymunda Sanchez Paz. He was a long-time resident of Exeter, CA. Crescencio was a Ranch Foreman in Agriculture for 45 years. He was known for his quiet and reserved personality and caring demeanor. Crescencio found great joy in going out to eat pizza and spending time with family members. He loved watching classic western movies which were his favorite and the local news on television. He enjoyed listening to his favorite Spanish music, especially the music that utilizes the accordion instrument. He absolutely loved his dog “Baby.” In his early years, he enjoyed driving his mother and family members to the San Jose Flea Market where he enjoyed walking around the entire flea market and purchasing items that caught his eye. He enjoyed taking a drive to Rocky Hill where he would grab his rifle and practice his shooting techniques at cans that he had lined up. He enjoyed going to the casino. He also had a love for airplanes that in his early years he obtained his Private Pilot’s License. Crescencio was a very hard worker who loved his family and always provided for them. He was selfless, caring, quiet, reserved, and kind-hearted who never hesitated to give advice to family members.

We celebrate a life well-lived, a love well-shared, and a Legacy that will continue to inspire and guide us for generations to come. We were blessed to call him our dad. He will be truly missed and will never be forgotten. Life without him will never be the same.

A celebration of life is planned for Monday, March 10, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. at Evans Miller Guinn Exeter Chapel, 425 N. Kaweah Ave., Exeter, CA 93221, (559)592-5161.
