Obituary:
Barbara (Barb) Ann Miller was born October 17th, 1961 in Exeter, California to Robert (Bob) Miller and Desbie Blake, she then crawled to Farmersville as she’d say and spent the majority of her life there and in Visalia. She passed away on April 20th, 2025 in the hospital while her daughter, Adriana Miller, hugged her as she went into the afterlife surrounded by family who loved her. Barb follows her parents into the afterlife as well as her sisters, Joyce Fisher and Freda Fisher along with her brothers, Kirk Fisher, Clayton Fisher, Bobby Miller, and Buryl Fisher. She leaves behind her loving and devoted daughter, Adriana Miller, as well as her loving adopted daughter Ashley Fisher. She leaves behind sisters: Thelma (Renee) Norton and Clara Bloxham and brothers: Jim Miller, Elmer Fisher, Muryl Fisher, and Kurt Fisher. She leaves behind loving nieces Cynthia Lott, Debra Fisher, Kim Fisher, Megan Fisher and many more as well as loving nephews Benjamin Miller, Jared Fisher, and many more. Barb graduated from Exeter High School. She went on to work at NashD camp where she inspected fruits and eventually was put on disability. In 1997, Barb gave birth to Adriana Miller, who she always described as her miracle baby. Barb’s proudest accomplishment in life was raising her daughter, Adriana. She was so proud when Adriana graduated magna cum laude from Fresno State and when she got her teaching credential. Barb liked to spend her time outdoors when she could, she liked to do yard work, watering the grass, fishing, flying kites, or sitting outside and enjoying the weather. She also enjoyed crafts like painting and small woodworking projects. She was a diehard Dallas Cowboys fan since she was 12. She loved watching them play when they won and hated watching when they lost, but win or lose that was her team. Barb was someone who liked to help everyone. She made a friend everywhere she went and if someone needed a helping hand she was there offering up what she could. Everyone who knew her described her as funny and a good time to be around. She was extremely loved and will be missed greatly and grieved deeply.
