Obituary:
LaOuita Brown was born on November 1, 1938 in Hot Springs Arkansas to Lloyd and Ruth (Graves) Lowrey. She passed away on October 10, 2025 in Visalia California at the age of 86. LaOuita was very family oriented and loved to have everyone over at Thanksgiving and Christmas. Christmas was her favorite holiday. She was a very caring person. She worked for the Tulare Count Sherriff Office as a Dispatcher retiring in 2002. LaOuita is survived by her sons, Steven Brown of Visalia CA, Bruce Brown of Standwood WA. an Craig Brown of Redding CA. She also leaves her sister Genelle Hays of Missouri as well as three grandchildren, Taylor, Ryan and Candice.
