Lois Lee McGee - age: 99
(January 10, 1927 to July 23, 2026 ) Resident of Visalia, California Visitation Information: Visitation will take place on Sunday, August 2, 2026 from 2-6 p.m. at Evans Miller Guinn Exeter Chapel. Service will take place on Monday, August 3, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at Evans Miller Guinn Exeter Chapel. Obituary: Lois McGee was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She left this world suddenly on Thursday, July 23rd. She was a wonderful person who was always there when we needed her most, offering support, wisdom and love. A friend to many, she adored her “Dominoes” family and loved getting together to play the game, have wonderful conversation and food. Lois is survived by her daughter, Sandra O’Dell and extended family members Donna Sperry, Peggy Glenn, Mike McGee and David McGee and their spouses, 17 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends. She was predeceased by her parents George and Edna Palmer, siblings George, Harold, and Freeman Palmer, Yvonne Welch, Mae Anderson and Cora Lee Cook, children David Fettig and Jim Fettig, other cousins and grandchildren and loving husband Don McGee. Lois was known for her kind heart and generosity. She was the heart and soul of our family, and she will be dearly missed. At Lois’ request before she passed, she made it known she wanted us all to share a laugh and raise a glass in celebration of her journey home.
