Exeter, CA 93221 Obituary: Our beloved Julia Marie Mullis Phillips passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 30, 2026, in Bardstown, Kentucky. Julia was born on May 5, 1959, in Hutchinson, Kansas, to James and Joan Mullis. She will be remembered and deeply missed by her family and all who had the privilege of knowing and loving her. Julia was preceded in death by her beloved son, Jonathan Phillips; her brothers, Christopher and John Mullis; and her parents, James and Joan Mullis. She leaves behind her loving sisters, Bonnie Hierholzer, Michelle Cacy, and Melanie Mullis, as well as her four beloved children: Alisha Cerda, Sharon Beatty, Christopher Ross, and Elizabeth Woods. She is also survived by her five cherished grandchildren: Andrew Paz, Evann Phillips, Saydee Cerda, Jett Cerda, and Kate Ross, along with many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends. She will be forever loved, forever missed, and forever remembered.
