(May 05, 2009 to September 04, 2009 ) Resident of Woodlake, California Visitation Information: Graveside Funeral Services will be held on Friday, September 11, 2009 at 10:00 AM at the Woodlake District Cemetery. Obituary: Ethan Joshua Morales was born in Visalia CA on May 5, 2009 and passed away on September 4, 2009. The family would like to thank the Doctors and Nurses at Kaweah Delta Medical Center in Pediatrics and NICU Departments, the Tulare County Hospice and the many family and friends for their comfort and support. They would also like to thank the staff of Costco in Clovis and Visalia for all that they have done for the family. Ethan will never be forgotten and will live forever in our hearts. Ethan is survived by his parents Matthew and Anne Morales of Woodlake; one brother Matthew Morales of Woodlake; two sisters Jaylynn Morales and Mattison Morales both of Woodlake, Grandparents Harold and Cheryl Hoffman of Woodlake, Marcial Jr and Yolanda Morales of Visalia; Great Grandparents James Hoffman of San Diego, Carmen Rojas of Farmersville and Veroniz Morales of Visalia; Uncles and Aunts Patrick & Tammie Hoffman of Visalia, Marcial III & Amber Morales of Porterville, Paul Morales of San Jose and Janelle Morales of Tulare; cousins Tanner Hoffman of Visalia and Isabella Morales of Porterville. A graveside service will be held at Woodlake District Cemetery on Friday, September 11, 2009 at 10:00 AM. The family asks in lieu of flowers, donation be made to the Hospice of Tulare County or Pediatrics Department of Kaweah Delta Medical Center.
