Cordie Othella Manning - age: 86
(July 18, 1924 to June 27, 2011 ) Resident of Exeter, California Visitation Information: Graveside Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at 10:00 AM at the Exeter District Cemetery. Pastor Bailey Hagar will officicate. Obituary: Cordie Manning was born to James Paul and Missouri (Latham) Lucas on August 18, 1924 in Holdenville OK. She attended schools in Oklahoma and then moved to Selma CA in 1941. She moved to Exeter later that year. Cordie married the late Alva Manning in Exeter, CA on August 3, 1973. She worked in the local packing houses packing fruit. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, two brothers Elvin Lucas and Alva Lucus and one sister Cletha Pate. Cordie is survived by two sons, James Willard of Greeley CO and Jerry Willard of Strathmore, CA. She is also survived by one grandchild.
