A Memorial Service with Military Honors will he held on Saturday, May 5, 2012 at 11:00 AM at the Three Rivers First Baptist Church, 42013 Eggers Drive, Three Rivers CA. Private burial will be in the Three Rivers Cemetery.

Obituary:
Everett Dean Kesselring was born on November 6, 1921 in Milton Iowa to Henry and Nettie (Powell) Kesselring. He served in the U.S. Army Air Force in WWII as a Flight Engineer and was a Gunner on the B-17’s. He received the Air Medal and the Five Oak Leaf Cluster. He was discharged in 1945 after serving 3 years. He married Joyce “Ruth” in Iowa on September 28, 1945 and they moved to Southern CA. They resided in the Simi Valley area where he worked as a Grounds Supervisor for the Parks and Recreation. Dean was a member of the Masonic Lodge and a VFW Chaplain. After retiring in 1987, he moved to Three Rivers. His wife Joyce “Ruth” passed away in 1996. He is also preceded in death by one son, Bruce Kesselring.
Dean is survived by two sons, John and wife Sheryl Kesselring of Simi Valley, Eric and wife Roma Kesselring of Ventura; two daughters Joy and husband Leo Niblett of Three Rivers, Christine and husband Al Park of Georgia. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.

He is the last of the wonderful Kesselring Boys. I know you will miss him, he was a true Kesselring that was so knowledgable and enjoyed talking and explaining things to you. A true lover of nature, he had to be to put up with the bears in his area. Our sympathy goes to all of you. Love, Marcia and Don Steckly
