Graveside Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, September 4, 2012 at 10:00 at the Exeter District Cemetery with Pastor Bailey Hagar officiating.

Obituary:
Elsie Ellen Branstetter was born in Mansfield, MO on December 31, 1920 to Walter and Laura (Johnson) Henslee. She passed away on August 28, 2012 in Visalia, CA at the age of 91.

Elsie married Albert Branstetter in Missouri in April of 1938 and they moved to Exeter the following year. They made their home here until Albert passed away in 1977. She was a homemaker. She had a special love for her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She enjoyed going out for dinner with the family and would be ready and waiting at the door to go. Elsie is preceded in death by her son Larry Branstetter.

Elsie is survived by her two sons; Jerry Branstetter and Alan Branstetter both of Visalia; three daughters; Beverly Bartley of Exeter, Carolyn Grammer of Visalia and Brenda Woolfolk of Carpentaria; one sister Dorothy Beckley of Visalia. She is also survived by 8 Grandchildren and 17 Great Grandchildren.
