Visitation Information:
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 2, 2012 from 2:00 to 6:00 PM followed by a Rosary at 6:00 PM at Evans Miller Guinn Chapel. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, October 3, 2012 at 10:00 AM at Evans Miller Guinn Chapel in Exeter. Burial will be in the Exeter District Cemetery.

Obituary:
Loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother, Velma M. Matias, Vovo’ passed way on Monday, September 24, 2012 in Tulare CA. She was born to Manuel and Francisca (Perraira) Mello in Visalia CA on January 24, 1930. She was a resident of Exeter for over 30 years. She is preceded in death by her husband, Frank Matias. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church for many years.
Velma is survived by her children, Frank Matias Jr. and wife Janice of Exeter, Velda James and husband Jeff of Castaic CA, Joe Matias of Exeter and Vivian Barnes of Exeter. She is also survived by 7 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren with the 8th expected in November
