Obituary:
Neil was born in Santa Paula CA to Cecil and Eva Woods. He was raised and went to school in the Outside Creek area. He worked as a Dairyman for most of his life. Neil was married to Loretta until her death in 1998. He later married Shirley Shannon in April 2000 in Tulare.
Neil loved to fish and that was his favorite pastime. He also enjoyed hunting, tinkering with cars and was known as a “Shadetree Mechanic”
Neil is survived by his wife Shirley; daughters Eva Holdbrooks, Cheryl Moore, Tanya Choate and Sheila Oaks all of Visalia. He is also survived by his Aunt Helen Bailey of Tulare and 13 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
