Obituary:
Florence was born on June 22, 1917 in Oklahoma to Loren and Laura (Scott) Otis. She was married to Paul Roche. After raising their children, she went to work for the U.S. Forestry Service working as a District Clerk and Office Manager. Florence was a strong willed woman that loved gardening and her flowers. She was a Badger School District Board Member for several years. She volunteered at the library and helped to build the selection for the kids and adults as well. Florence was a member of the Hilltop Chapel in Miramonte. Her husband Paul passed away in 1991.
Florence is survived by her son, Paul (Dee) Roche of Badger; two daughters Sandra Day of Fresno and Barbara Martinez of Tucson, AZ. She is also survived by 9 Grandchildren and 12 Great Grandchildren.
