(June 19, 1933 to August 01, 2014 ) Resident of Exeter, California Visitation Information: Visitation will be held on Thursday August 7, 2014 from 2:00 to 6:00 pa at the chapel. Services will be held at Evans Miller Guinn Chapel in Exeter on Friday, August 8, 2014 at 10:00 AM with burial following the service at Exeter District Cemetery. Obituary: Claude Wayne Metheney, 81 of Exeter, passed away on August 1, 2014 in Exeter. He was born to Jesse Lee Metheney & Mary Metheney (formerly Fisher) in Etowah, AR. Wayne, as he liked to be called, is survived by his wife of 45 years, Wanda Metheney. He had one surviving brother- Novell Metheney of Exeter. Wayne is survived by his 4 children- Richard Metheney of San Francisco, Joseph Metheney of Visalia, Brian Metheney of Exeter, & Sheryl Metheney of New Zealand. He leaves behind 3 grandchildren and one on the way. Wayne's hobbies included reading, BBQ, & spending time with family. He worked as a mechanic for a farming company for over 40 years.

I will miss driving against your crazy dad or how he purposely drive real slow in front of me, he would go faster if he was aiming at me, haha . i'm sorry for your loss, hugs and prayers from me and my parents send their condolences. Valencia village wont be the same any more.
