Elaine Wissink - age: 66
(September 22, 1949 to February 08, 2016 ) Resident of Three Rivers, California Visitation Information: At the request of Elaine, there will be no service. Burial will be in the San Joaquin National Cemetery in Gustine. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 300 North Willis Street, Visalia, CA 93291. Obituary: Elaine D. “Woody” Wissink was born on September 22, 1949 in Lindsay CA to Gerald and Ruth (Adams) Woody. She passed away on February 8, 2016 in Three Rivers CA at the age of 66. Elaine attended schools in both Strathmore and Lindsay, graduating from Lindsay High School. She married Gary Wissink on February 14, 1969 in Las Vegas, NV. Elaine worked as a Cosmetologist for years before starting with the Panama Buena Vista School District as a Secretary. Her and Gary have lived in Three Rivers for eight years. Elaine is a long time Cancer Survivor. Elaine is survived by her husband Gary of Three Rivers; two sons Ryan (Dena) Wissink of Fresno and Russell (Lisa) Wissink of San Francisco CA; her father Gerald Woody of Three Rivers; one brother Ronnie (MaryLou) Woody of Clovis. She is also survived by two grand children Rieley and Remi Wissink of Fresno and her Granddog PJ.
