Obituary:
Troy McKinley ‘Doc’ Cook was born on September 7, 1927 in Littlerock, Arkansas to Warren and Barbara (Blevins) Cook. He worked as a Security Guard for 17 years. He is preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis Cook, two sisters Virginia Sue Winchester, Cindy Diane Guinn and 8 brothers and sisters.
He is survived by his daughter, Debbie Thomas of Exeter, his brother Warren Reddis Cook of Lakeview FL, his sister Lou-Vern Gilley of Visalia and his grandchildren, Missy Taylor (Chris) of Coalinga, Tonya (Ruben) of Exeter and Andrea (Tony) Tonga of Tulare. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
